Ride-a-long form

The Alliance Police Department wants our citizens to understand what we do better. One method we use to do that is by allowing persons to ride-a-long with our patrol officers while they conduct their routine patrol duties and answer calls for service. If you would like to go on a ride-a-long, please complete this form and you will be contacted by a member of the department at our earliest convenience.

You will be required to submit to a small background check and you will have to sign a waiver of liability.

PLEASE BRING TWO SMALL CANNED GOODS IF YOU ARE RIDING BETWEEN NOW AND JANUARY TO BE DONATED TO NEEDY FAMILIES FOR THE HOLIDAYS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR DONATION.
The Alliance Police Department reserves the right to refuse ride-a-longs for any reason.

Please come to the station for your ride-a-long in comfortable clothes. Protective vests will be available upon request. No firearms/weapons are permitted unless you are a sworn Ohio Peace Officer.
