Detective Bureau

The Alliance Police Department detective bureau consists of three investigative units - Special Investigations, Criminal Investigations, and Juvenile Unit. 

All three units are supervised by the Operations Commander and the Detective Bureau Lieutenant.   The Operations Captain is responsilbe for scheduling and citizen compliments and complaints.

The Detective Bureau Lieutenant is responsible for the day to day operations of the Detective Bureau Units.  The Lieutenant reviews cases forwarded to the detective bureau from the patrol division and decides which cases will be assigned for further investigation.

Lt. John JenkinsThe Lieutenant's primary responsibilities are assigning cases to specific detectives, case review, supervising search warrants, and approving reports.
