Captains
The Alliance Police Department has two Captains that assist the Police Chief in the daily operations of the police department.
AUXILIARY SERVICES CAPTAIN - DOUGLAS NEEB
The Auxiliary Services Captain is responsible for operations of the Dispatch Center, Records Department and Reserve Police Officers. These duties include scheduling and manning for those divisions. It also encompassess administrative duties such as policy development, complaints, training and purchasing. Captain Neeb is a 14 year veteran of the police department.

OPERATIONS CAPTAIN - JAMES HILLES
The Operations Captain is responsible for the operations of the patrol division, detective bureau, special response team, canine units, CHNT team and the department's information technology system and training division. These duties include scheduling and manpower assessments for those divisions, policy development, training, disciplinary actions, investigation management, complaints and purchasing. Captain Hilles is an 11 year veteran of the police department.
