Trick or Treat 2009
Description
Mayor Middleton announced today that Trick-or-Treat has been scheduled for Saturday, October 31st from 5pm to 7pm. Residents participating should leave their front porch light on if they wish to receive visitors.
The administration asks that all children be supervised by adults, use caution in walking and crossing streets, and obey all traffic laws. Masks should not impair a child's ability to see and clothing should be visible to motorists. Reflective material is recommended.
