Police Mounted Unit

Sgt Aaron Perkins and Reese.
Reese is trained to tackle various obstacles, maneuver in and out of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, move in formations with other horses or officers for crowd control, riot control, and extricating vehicles from crowds, and more.

Former horse "Kolt" and former officer Lydia Hart.

Horses are great for work in crowds. They are easily seen and their size can be quite intimidating. Though they are big and aggressive enough to push a rowdy crowd, they are gentle enough for people to come up and pet them when they are on the job.
